Called Nicole, she guided me thru the IRS letter to find out why there was an audit..She found the answer, grand daughter's social , name an address was compromised! She also walked us thru step by step how to fill out the form, answered all my questions! WOW, Nicole made a VE R Y STRESSING situation calming . Very grateful!
